Mandatory pre-requisites to claim Refund

As per our return policy we request you to send the product preferably through speed post in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging and invoice, in an unwashed and undamaged condition to the below mention address:

YellowGrapes doesn't facilitate reverse pickup of your product therefore we encourage you to return your product within 5 days of registering the complaint. Your courier charges will be reimbursed in terms of Coupon Code which will be sent via email and SMS to your registered email address or mobile number respectively for your future shopping @ YellowGrapes.in

NOTE: Incase we don't receive your product within 7 days your refund/replacement request would be cancelled.

Under what conditions Refunds will be provided?

In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money :

  1. We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
  2. There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
  3. The product got damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.

  Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns."

  How long will the refund process take?

For refund eligible products - Once the item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check which takes about 2 days. Typically the refund process is initiated within 2 days after Quality Check. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines along with respective refund scenarios are as below:

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalised banks. Banks send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 kindly check your bank or credit card account for confirmation.

If a Coupon Code of Gift Card was utilized by you in placing the order, in case of refund the respective value would be refunded through Coupon Code or Gift Card only.

 If I return the product how will I get back the courier charges?

Once your product is returned and Quality Check is done for the received product, your shipping charges would be reimbursed in terms of Coupon Code. It will be sent via email and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number respectively for your future shopping @ YellowGrapes. The Coupon Code would be worth Rs. 50 and you will be able to avail it in 90 days for full value in one transaction.

Replacement Policy

In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a replacement:

  1. We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
  2. There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
  3. The merchandise got damaged during transit.
  4. You have received a wrong size/ size doesn't fit as desired.
  5. You have 5days (from the delivery date ) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to request for replacement as per YellowGrapes.in's return policy.

  Can I buy multiple items in Replacement for a single product?

Yes, you can buy any number of items in Replacement provided the final price of Replacement products is equal to the price of returned items by calling us.
